Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changing your mind

Contact support@paws-and-portraits.co.uk promptly with your order reference. Personalised/custom artwork and made-to-specification prints may be exempt from the usual distance-selling cancellation right for goods. Service and digital-content elements can be subject to different rules.

If you expressly ask us to start personalised work during an applicable cancellation period and later cancel after work starts, a proportionate charge may apply for work already supplied. We do not assume that you have waived a statutory right without the required express request or acknowledgement.

Final digital files are not supplied and prints are not submitted to production until you approve the proof. Silence is not approval. If early digital supply is relevant, we request separate express consent and acknowledgement at proof approval.

Faults, damage and non-delivery

Nothing here removes statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods, services or digital content. Contact support promptly; for a damaged print we may reasonably ask for photographs. Refunds due are returned through the original payment method, with provider processing times applying.
