Orders and personalised work

We create personalised portraits from the photographs and instructions you provide. You confirm that you may lawfully provide and use them for your order and that your instructions are accurate.

We accept an order after successful payment and confirmation. We may ask for clearer photographs or clarification before production.

Launch products are a Digital Portrait, A4 Fine Art Print and A3 Fine Art Print. Gallery Canvas is Coming Soon and cannot be purchased.

UK standard delivery is included for print orders. Lustre 240gsm is our recommended/default print finish; Enhanced Matte 200gsm is the alternative.

A digital add-on is the same approved artwork supplied as a high-resolution file for personal use, not a second artwork.

Starting during the cancellation period

At checkout, you may expressly ask us to start creating your personalised portrait before the normal 14-day cancellation period ends. If you later cancel after work has started, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for work already completed. We record the wording, version and time of your request.

Proof, revisions and delivery

We’ll start work on your portrait straight away and aim to send your first proof as soon as possible. Our target is within 7–10 working days from the start of production, although it may be ready sooner. Two complimentary revision rounds are included, each targeted within 3–5 working days. Silence is never approval. Final digital delivery is targeted within 1–2 working days after approval. Physical print production begins only after approval. These are targets rather than guarantees.

If a digital portrait is ready within an applicable cancellation period, we ask separately for express consent and acknowledgement before early digital supply. That does not remove your rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Prices, payment and delivery

The basket shows product choices, price, any accepted discount and the total payable before Stripe checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Paws & Portraits. Customers must provide a correct email and, for prints, a correct UK delivery address.

Faults and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods, services or digital content, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact support@paws-and-portraits.co.uk with your order reference.

Artwork and public use

You receive personal-use rights in the approved delivered portrait. Website and Gallery use requires optional permission. Social media and marketing permission is separate and optional. Either permission may be withdrawn for future use. If an uploaded photograph identifies another person, you must have their permission to provide it and authorise the relevant use.

Complaints

Please contact support@paws-and-portraits.co.uk so we can investigate and try to resolve a complaint. These terms do not promise or require participation in a particular alternative dispute-resolution scheme.
